From Adv. to I-140 approval: is one year enough?

LG隻剩下很短H1B.現在正在讀書,也快畢業了,想利用CPT和OPT來工作並申請綠卡.很想知道平均下來從打廣告到I-140批準,至少要多長時間才夠用呢?如果隻有一年時間,申請綠卡有無可能呢? 請大家指教.謝謝.
