我應該用EAD 卡還是申請H-1呢?

老公I-130 已經批了, 現在在等I-485. 下麵是網上查到的最近的信息.

我申請的EAD, 剛收到EMAIL通知說已經在做, 一個月內能收到.

我找到一個比較不怎麽樣的工作, 年薪不到60K, H-1 費用還都要自己出. 算下來, 要交$3250. 本來想雙保險, 萬一老公I-485被拒, 全家不必被迫離開美國. 現在自己要出這麽一筆錢, 真有點舍不得.

想問大家的是, 象我老公這種情況, I-485還有被拒的可能性嗎? 如果沒有, 我就直接用EAR 卡了, 可以省我$3250大元.
