和老婆吵架被抓

F-1 一年前和老婆吵架報警被抓，拘留一天後出來，按要求已完成規定的consultation.最近該案將會close.請問：

1. 這將會影響我今後的入境和找工作嗎？

2. 很多表格如：簽證，入境，H-1，都要求填寫 "Have you ever been arrested or convicted for an offense or crime, even though subject of a pardon, amnesty or other similar legal action?" 我該怎麽辦？
