錄取時有沒有其他限製呢？比如:

1.在不需要經濟支助的情況下申請私立學校，如果一國際學生跟一美國citizen or GC holder,同時申請哈佛，是不是他們傾向於錄取美國citizen or green card holder?

2. .在不需要經濟支助的情況下，是不是私立學校對錄取國際學生有名額限製？
