My TSC 140 was Approved on Aug 27th, but the online status is till pending. My lawyer just informed me today that they have recieved the approval letter.

PERM EB-2 TSC, I-140&I485 concurrent filed 7/27/07. Notice date:09/28/07.
Recovered Priority Date: Sep, 2000
