我的移民律師也說不可能,我也很擔心.但我還是親自帶孩子去北京簽證.Visa Officer就問了兩個問題: 1) Are you still working at XXX University? 2) Is this the Adoption Certificate? 個人經驗是: 1)一定要親自帶孩子去.2)材料準備充分.3)讓VO看到你對孩子的親情.Humanity trumps legality.4) Ask for the providence of God, if you are a Christian.

3. Completed Form DS-156
4. Copy of Certificate of Adoption and English translation
5. Copy of Police Report on Child Abandonment
6. Pictures of Parents with Adopted Child

8. Copy of I-797 of H1B approval for Parents
9. Recent pay stub of Parents
10. Employment verification letter for parents
11. Copy of W-2 wage and tax statement Form 1040
