問題1, AP是不是可以隨時訪問隨便那個國家,與申請時沒有關係?

問題2,我現在有H1和AP,如果到第三國開會, 我應該繼續申請H1嗎(three more year)? 如果這樣的話對原來的AP有什麽影響?
-Up to you, but using AP is much more convenient. 繼續申請H-1 is irrelevant to AP.

問題3, 如果直接使用AP, 對現在的H1有什麽影響?
-After using AP, your status will be AOS, but you can continue to work for your current employer without EAD. You can reinstate your H-1b status by extenson, transfer or going outside U.S. to get an H-1 visa.
