Does anyone know how long time have to wait after the PERM submi

My company submitted my EB2 PERM on June 23, 2008, normally how long time will take to get approve? Another question is if the I-140 has not approved yet but the PD is current, is that possibel to submit the I-485 before the I-140 approved? Thanks a lot.
