If you used EAD, you are qualified for the 失業救濟. But you need to have a job even if your I-485 pending >180 days. If you get the 失業救濟, that means you tell USCIS you are unempolyment, and this may hurt your I-485.

By the way, you need to find a job as soon as possible if you are laid off.
