140 Pending 一年多終於批了，可以安全的換工作了嗎？

EB2。2007年7月同時遞的140和485。現在，140 Pending 一年多後終於批了，請問我現在可以安全的換工作了嗎？舊公司還能 revoke 已經批的140嗎？如果將來 485 有 RFE而我又已經不在舊公司了，我可不可以自己解決呢？舊公司的律師還會處理嗎？

如果可以換工作，是不是用 H1B transfer 更好，先不用EAD?
