Pjiang 及各路英豪傑,請幫忙看一下

My situation is
(1)One year ago I used TN Visa,and then I used EAD to work.Now I am in AOS status
(2)I am Canadian citizen. My H1-B was approved this year.But I have to go to Canada to get my H1-B Visa this month.

My question is
Do I have to apply for AP and hold AP to go to Canada to get my H1-B?
