1)如果不延H1,沒有AP與EAD,我是否可以以AOS合法身份停留美國直到綠卡批準 (如果沒有rfe)?
-You need to keep your job. You can take a leave wthout pay until you get your EAD.

2)如果現在申請EAD 與 AP, 待批準後回國,工作幾個月,待485排期當前再用AP回美, EAD工作,是否可行?
-If your U.S. employer agrees you to do that, it is Ok.
3)EAD paper or Efile, 哪個更快?
-Not different.
4)申請expedite EAD 需要什麽條件?
-I am not sure.
