There are still a couple of referee having not returned the signed letters to me yet (they've agreed to though). So it may take a couple of more weeks before my EB-1b and EAD can be filed. Do you think there's still enough time? What's the common speed most recently?
-Yes, it usually takes about one to two months to get EAD in these days.
