Total H-1b duration is 6 years. Your LG 去年申請H1延期批準有效期從06/30/2007-06/30/2010, that is the last date of 6 years. So, I do not see USCIS did something wrong in your H-1b transfer 有效期從06/25/2008-06/30/2010.

Also, this definitely will not affect your I-485. So, you do not worry about that too much.
