There was absolutely NO reason for delaying my wife's green card

My wife came to USA immediately after she graduated from Beijing University. Got her Ph.D. from UT-Austin and M.D. from Vanderbilt Medical School. Did her residency at Yale and is currently doing her fellowship at Johns Hopkins. Her records are absolutely clear. Unfortunately, USCIS did force her wait for 4 year and 5 months to get her green card. We were extremely disappointed with USCIS. That's why we were so surprised to find that my mother could get her green card in 4 months. Perhaps, all depends on whether you are lucky or not.
