請教大家幾個從ＥＢ３轉ＥＢ２的問題

最近想從EB-3 轉換成 EB-2. 谘詢了一下公司的律師，得到如下答複。想請教大家的是: 第一：我隻知道，薪水和申請Ｐｅｒｍ有關係，難道薪水和ＧＣ　ａｐｐｒｏｖａｌ也有關係嗎？（注：前段時間和律師有些摩擦，很擔心他在小事上找我麻煩）第二：由ＥＢ３轉ＥＢ２，是不是要重新申請Ｐｅｒｍ和Ｉ１４０，現在看來，這兩個過程會需要多久的時間？第三，一旦申請ＥＢ２ＰＥＲＭ，是不是意味著我的ＥＢ３　ｓｔａｔｕｓ　自動失效？多些大家了。
