啥意思?一家三口485從NSC轉到MIAMI,而pending了408天的140-Eb1b

140-Eb1b還沒動靜！

請pjiang、xiaobaitu等大俠指教：

1、485轉到MIAMI可能有什麽特殊含義嗎？

2、第一次留意到移民局還有所謂Field Office，與Service Center有啥區別呢？

3、我們住在Arizona，離MIAMI遠著，為啥不就近轉到Phoenix？
