Can we still access TSC? Any luck?

Hi, I just called 1-800-375-5283. After option 1 for English, 2 for cash status inquiry. I have to enter option 1 to enter case # (option 2 was for instruction to read case #, option 3 was for lost case #). Then I heard the automatic announcement for the meaningless status. Is there any way to talk to a representative? Thank you.
