what does it mean (email for congressman's office)?

The Texas Service Center has advised they have notified the I-485 supervisor that your case is ready for review and/or adjudication. You should receive a notice of action in 90 days.

Also receive letter from TSC for my service request:
Your case (I-485) is pending at TSC. If anything is needed, you will be contacted through mail (very concise!).

NC completed last year.
I140 LUD on July 13th.
NO LUD on 485 since 2nd fingerpring on Jan 2007
My wife received did her 2nd FP last month. However I didn't receive any FP notice though I am the primary applicant.

Should I wait for a while or use WOM to sue TSC?
