visited infopass twice, called uscis more than 10 times, got three service request, one obudsman case pending, nothing happen; Finally go to congressman office and they made a call to uscis, left one message for nobody answer, second day got feedback from uscis and said biometric had been sent to wrong place, and they would accelerate the processing, one week later got the card.
