My attorney office filed I140 (EB2) for me a year ago. Today my employer gets a letter from the USCIS asking for the original LC. I do not know if the attorney office only sent the copy of LC last year or the USCIS could not locate the original LC in the package. Anyway, I have to find and send the original LC to USCIS. I only saw the copy of LC and never saw the original LC. Usually, how many original LCs are issued by Dept. of Labor? Like one or two original LC(s)? In most case, is the original LC sent to the employer or attorney office? or each of the employer and attorney office will get one original LC? Thank you very much.
