我老婆的舊I-94在美國機場被收走，新的I-94是幾年前申請H1B成功後直接從移民局來的，那麽她的是不是也不算呢?
-是也不算. Actually, the number of 舊I-94(在美國機場被收走) is the same as that of 新的I-94 (幾年前申請H1B). Also, she did not get a new I-94 when she entered U.S. from Canada.
