急! H1簽證要additional evidence

丟掉工作最近又找到工作,在轉H1,移民局要H1簽證additional evidence:
A. Copies of pay stubs from XXX showing that you were working and therefore maintained H-1B status until May 8th/9th. (I從5月9日申請轉F2)

B. A letter from XXX regarding the employer/employee relationship and status of same on May 8th;

聯係原來的公司, 居然發現他們在我被lay off 時(2月底)就寫信通知移民局我被解雇了.

我的上一個H1到期是在May12. 公司付我錢到4月24日, 又給了2星期vacation錢. 但是當時我要公司把vacation錢加在最後的4月24日的pay check 裏給我了.

現在公司可以幫我解釋最後一張pay check, 說4月25日到5月8日是vacation. 他們不願說employer/employee relationship until May8. 請問我現在怎麽回複移民局?
