I-485 ref, requestTB skin test?

received I-485 ref asing properly documented TB skin test. Check the record, it says TB not done, chest X-ray normal.
the fact is my TB test is positive when I tested in our University and told the Doctor so give me a X-ray. My wife's test in our University is negative and my son haven't tested. To save some time (learn from here), we just tell the doctor all of us are positive, so we all have X-ray.
the problem is the Doctor selected TB not done in I-693 form.
What should I do for the REf? The new I-693 form need the dates of TB test and read, and X-ray. Are our old TB tests ok or we need new TB test (and X-ray for me)? Thanks.
to these who will have a health ezxamination, read Pjiang and Radiology's poster about this, and make sure TB test is done to avoid ref.
