請教PJiang 老師: EAD issues

Both my hu*****and and I have 485 pending. I used AP to back China this May and I never use EAD.

My hu*****and is using H1 and will probaby use EAD next year. My question is Can he use EAD for one year then apply H1 since he only use H1 for two years?
