急!!老婆的身份出問題了，怎麽辦啊? 求教高人

老婆是H1,正在辦綠卡，這個月遞交LABOR CERT。
但是聽律師說H1不能延了（明年2月到期），因為不到365天了，而且明年2月後也不能工作了。
急死了！怎麽辦啊？沒有希望再延期H1了嗎？還是應該試試？
盼知情的高手指點！！感激不盡！！！
