Hi friend, what's your suggestion, my current H1B is valid from 10/1/2006 throguh 9/30/2009. I am using it to work right now, I used AP based on my 2nd 485 (not the current i-485) to back from china in this may. Also I have EAD valid, but I did not use it after i back from China.
