How many Chinese EB2 PD is before April 2005 (BEC), but not appr

Please re here. I think this can roughly estimate how bad the retrogress in the coming month. Someone on the board counted around 450 chinese EB2 in 2005. If you heard there is a lot of cases not approved, let us know.
