Strange updating on GREENED case

WELCOME NOTICE email was sent at 5:30AM yesterday while the USCIS officer,I guess, was watching 奧運. The LUD was changed to be 08/20/2008. It is the first change after the fingerprints on 11/13/2007. Today, when I logged in to USCIS website, I found the LUD changed again to be 8/21/2008, but there is no change in the description( Welcome notice).

Does the officer tried to change his/her mind? Any idea?
