I will work only for one univ.
My problem is the first unvi. has filed for me but I just got another offer. Right now I hope to go to the second univ. and give up the first univ.
The first univ. has not yet received the H1B petition outcome, but my current visa will soon expire. So I want
to ask the second univ. submit the H1B petition.
But I am not sure whether it is permitted.

Please help explain
