Congratulations!! I am still waiting with my patient. EB2 case with June 2004 PD.

I am a little bit sad and start to worry about my case now… My case is EB2 with June 2004 PD, April 2007 I-485 RD. I did the first finger print at the end of May 2007. One LUD after the finger print, and since then the case remains quite until now.

I am not lucky, started prepare the advertising for R&R labor back to 2003, and case stocked in backlog center for several years until March 2007. They sent my employer a letter saying they lost all of documents, and requested us to re-send a copy to them. We did and case got out from the backlog center in the end of March 2007. A month ago, just turned down a very nice job offer because the new job duties are a little bit off with my current position. I am not sure what will happen next, and don’t know what I should do except pray.
