1. I94 was taken at the interview by the immigration officer.

2. you get your stamp after your I485 approved. for your case, you still need wait the result of your background check. repeat, you don't get your stamp at the interview. you get it after 485 approved. some get 485 approved at end of interview, so they get stamped at end of interview.

3. background check is an uncertain thing. from 2 weeks to over 1 year. most get their results at about 3 monthes to 12 monthes.
