I140 got soft LUD on 07/13/2007

Went to Inforpass last Friday: NC cleared, not assigned any Visa Number, not
assigned to IO yet.

Called this Monday: case got Visa number, and assigned to IO.

Got Email this morning "Approval notice sent"
