I am on the same boat as you are. I sent my application to Chinese embassy two years ago, the officer in the educational office told me that they would report the issue to the chinese government and wait for the policy from the government. So far I have not heard anything yet. Let'unite and take appropriate actions, otherwise our voice will not be heard.
