I-485 被提前批準, & AC21

我的 I-485 於2003年的4月提交. 之前 140 (NIW)已批準. 最近 I-485 被批準. 在 CSC.

我的感覺是 AC21 是必須提交的, 如果你是在 485 等待其間換工作的話. 我就是在提交了AC21不得給移民局後不久被批的. 盡管我的確140 是NIW, 沒有雇主支持.
