You can click Request for Rescheduling on the ASC Appointment Notice (I-797C, Notice of Action) and mail this original to the Office (make a photocopy for your file) and then, they will send your a new schedule for the fingerprints.

This information is on the ASC Appointment Notice, so just read ti.
