大家請進，請問我們的485～～Help

大家好，我和我老公的PD是Sept 2005, 485 file是June 30， 2007遞上去的。因為最近要renew EAD 和AP，想查一下我們case的status才決定要不要renew.最怕是剛寄出去，綠卡就下來了。

我記得以前有人發帖關於打電話查詢status，能不能幫忙找出那個instruction?以下這個instruction試過了，好像從Press 3,Press 4就不work了。

The following instruction is the cope of other post:
Call 1-800-375-5283
Press 1－>2->2->6->1
Enter your receipt number
press 1 (now listen to the case update info....)

這裏有個選擇，回到main menu press 9

以下的就沒有這兩個Option就找不到了。
press 3 press 4 (If you hear a male voice prompting you to hold the call, that means the call will be answered by an IO. But if it says no IO is available, it will redirect you to NSC and you can hangup and try again

能麻煩幫忙找到帖子嗎？我的case在NSC。多謝！！！
