Pjiang,

我用過AP了，現已過期，正在等renew。可是不知在旅行前能否得到，我的律師建議我申請H-1B。我的問題是：
1. 用過ＡＰ後再申請H-1B會有問題嗎？
2. 我在新的AP批準前離境，是否等同於放棄該AP，今後也不能再用了，除非重新申請?
