還是換工作的問題。 請各位老師看看--URGENT

讀了PJIANG老師的博克，也查詢了以前的問題，但還是沒找到問題的答案，不得不再次求助了。謝謝大家先！

我的EB1B 140 最近批了，查詢了一下485 超過180 天， NC CLEAR。 但我目前手上有個很想要得OFFER， 昨天也已經口頭答應　（下周一要簽正式的ＯＦＦＥＲ）。回來一看，才發覺可能會有問題。因為我沒有EAD， 所以要H1B TRANSFER。 但是如果在TRANSFER 其間，綠卡就批了，我是不是馬上就成了拿到綠卡後立刻跳槽的壞分子？所以感覺是在 讓H1B TRANSFER 和綠卡之間的賽跑。是不是如果H1B TRANSFER 成功之後，我的綠卡再批，就沒有問題了？

我還聽說H1B TRANSFER 申請提交，就可以為新的雇主工作了。是不是要這麽試試呢？
