they just told me my name check was cleared on 8/5/08. i specifically asked whether it was assigned, they said no, and then said don't know.

i changed my job right after sent in 485 180 days, in fact, i was fired right after 180 days since sent in the 140 and 485 together. 140 was approved in a month. so i changed job (with a month gap, using EAD only, i am the main applicant), my FP expired, but no RFE for anything. NO second PF either.

just wait a little bit, and you will see the good news. there is another one approved yesterday with PD 3/05
