Pjiang 老師, please help with AR11!

I filed 485 with my hu*****and and am in AOS status.
I recently moved to Boston for work. And my hu*****and still remains in NYC. Since I go back to NYC every weekend, can I choose not to file AR11, and keep NYC as my primary address? Is it legal?

If I have to file AR11, will USCIS question my marriage and delay the green card approval?


I'm also thinking of getting a MA driver's liscence, for which I have to show evidence of residency, such as bank statement. If I do so, can I still legally maintain NYC's mailing address and not file AR11?

Pjiang 老師, should I file AR11 or not?
