Pjang laoshi, Please help

In your blog, 在提交 I-485 之後，EB 主申請人可以換工作，根據 AC21 的規定。除了工作的＂相同相似性＂，大家經常考慮的就是 180 天。
I am EB2, PD: 2004.
My company is going through reorganization. If I-485 is approved in this month or next month, and then my job got cut, will this cause the big trouble for the green card and citizenship in the future. I have been working in a same compnay for 5 years.

All the bad things happen to me this year.
