485 啥時遞？

媽媽下個月就去參加廣州的移民麵試。
曾經看到一些過來人說，父母廣州麵試通過後，一進入美國就能拿到綠卡，
可是大家是什麽時候遞的485啊？我還沒遞呢。
即使等媽媽來美後再遞485也會等些時候，也不是大家說得入境就拿綠卡啊？
