A question about AP, pjiang. Thanks millions

my wife went to China early Feb and came back to USA early May by using AP. because of family matter she has to go back to china again late August and will be back late Oct or early November. Is it will affect her I-485 approval because of long staying outside USA --almost 5 month? Thank you very much.
