這個140的 current status 是什麽意思

140 於2007年9月approve 了. 今天又上網看了看Status. 卻發現不是 "approve notice sent" ,在approve 一周後ship to department of state for visa processing .

我很久都沒有查看140的status了. 去年9月時就是這個status了,而我都沒發現. 有高人知道這是什麽意思嗎? 謝謝.

Application Type: I140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER

Current Status: Case was shipped to the Department of State for visa processing.
