Infopass back,how can do if let case assign to IO soon?

Get information: Name check clear, Maybe need the third fingerprint.The case did not assign to one IO. How can we do to spped up to assign case to IO?
Please give help if you know. Thanks!

My case PD is 7/05,RD of I485 is 09/2005. Who has the same situation.
