Oh, there ARE. and definately NOT RARE. But mostly to those most questionable and hard-to-defense cases, such as entering with immigrant visa as a chef but never worked for sponsor or as a chef. People on this board are clever enough to come out an reasonable excuse and not to incriminate themselves by out right arguing something like "there is no any rule that I must work for the sponsor after GC approval for a specific time, so I can quit anytime".
