回複：我的693FORM是新版本,但醫生隻同意簽舊日期,而不是今天的日期,有影響嗎

If the new I-693 is incompleted, I would think it to be rejected.

You may print an old form by yourself and have the doctor re-fill in, with an old date, and seal it. If the back date is over a year, I hope such I-693 will not be rejected for expiration issue.
