回複：Gap in H-1B Transfer, please help!

Why do you have to begin your work on the approval date of H-1 transfer? Does your employer not allow you to work earlier? Actually, you can work after you file the H-1b transfer (in the beginning of September) and do not need to get the receipt. I can not see any gap there.
