加拿大移民問題

五年前請律師辦移民,交了1000美元之後沒了消息,以為被騙,就算了.剛收到email,說免麵試,要體檢.又要1000美元.之後還有800美元等著.

人在美國等綠卡,不想出去. 可不可以把case轉到美國來處理? 自己接手?
